Please read these terms carefully before confirming your tour. These conditions apply to all bookings made through Sunny Elephant Co., Ltd. (Unicorn Phuket Transfers). By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:
Important Notes & Conditions
Estimated Pickup Time
- Pickup times are approximate and may be delayed due to traffic or multiple guest pickups (for shared transfers). Your understanding is appreciated.
Driver Meeting Point
- The driver will meet you directly at your hotel lobby unless otherwise stated.
- A welcome sign will only be used if specified in your booking.
No-show Policy
- The driver will wait up to 10 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.
- If you are not present or cannot be contacted, your booking will be marked as a no-show and is non-refundable.
Airport Transfers
Airport Pick-up Policy
- For the Late Morning Program (10:00 AM – 06:00 PM): your flight must arrive, and you must be at the meeting point, before 08:30–08:45 AM.
- For the Regular Program (07:00 AM – 03:00 PM): your flight must arrive, and you must be at the meeting point, before 06:40–06:50 AM.
- If you are not present at the meeting point by the required time, the vehicle cannot wait. This will be considered a no-show with no refund.
- Flight changes must be communicated at least 36 hours in advance. Notifications later than this are not eligible for refunds.
⚠️ Important: Airport pick-up operates on a shared van basis with fixed departure times. Vehicles cannot wait for delayed flights or individual guests.
Airport Drop-off Policy
- Airport drop-off is available upon request.
- Guests must allow at least 5 hours before flight departure to account for unpredictable traffic conditions.
- If you miss your flight due to insufficient time, the company will not be held responsible.
- This service also operates on a shared van basis. Guests are responsible for selecting a suitable pickup time.
Payment Terms
- Full payment must be made at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- Payment must be completed through the options provided in the booking form.
- Payments are non-refundable unless specified under the cancellation or weather policies.
- Additional bank or PayPal fees may apply and are non-refundable.
Cancellations & Refunds
Non-refundable on Travel Day
- No cancellations, refunds, or changes are accepted on the day of travel under any circumstances.
Amendment Policy
- Name or travel date changes must be requested at least 3 days in advance, subject to availability and confirmation.
Weather & Itinerary Policy
Rain or Shine
- Tours operate in light rain. In case of dangerous weather (such as storms or official marine warnings), the boat operator or captain may cancel or postpone the tour for safety reasons. If this occurs, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund within 7 days.
Operator’s Authority
- The final decision to cancel, delay, or adjust the tour due to weather or sea conditions lies solely with the boat operator or tour company. We act only as a booking agent and do not make these decisions.
Rain Alone Is Not a Valid Reason for Refund
- If it rains but no official marine warning is issued, and the operator chooses to proceed, the program will run as scheduled. In such cases, no refunds will be provided. Guests may reschedule the tour subject to availability and an additional fee charged by the operator. Sunny Elephant Co., Ltd. has no authority to cancel or refund unless the operator confirms cancellation.
Itinerary Adjustments
- The tour operator reserves the right to change the route, timing, or included destinations without prior notice due to weather, tide levels, or operational requirements.
No Seat Reservations
- Seating on boats and vehicles is first-come, first-served. Seat preferences cannot be guaranteed.
Health & Safety Restrictions
This tour is not suitable for:
- Pregnant women
- Guests with back, neck, or joint problems
- Individuals with heart conditions
- Elderly guests over 70 years old
- Wheelchair users or guests with mobility limitations
If unsure, please consult your doctor before booking.
Medical & Allergy Notification
Guests must inform us of:
- Any food or drink allergies
- Medical conditions (e.g., asthma, epilepsy)
- Seasickness sensitivity (guests prone to motion sickness should bring medication)
Children & Family Policy
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Some activities may not be suitable for infants or young children.
- Age, weight, or height restrictions may apply for safety reasons.
Shared Tour Limitations
- No personal itinerary requests can be accommodated during join/group tours.
- Tours follow fixed schedules and cannot make additional stops.
- Tour guides may speak multiple languages depending on guest nationalities.
Belongings & Liability
- Please keep personal belongings secure.
- Sunny Elephant Co., Ltd. and the operator are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items during the trip.
Insurance Disclaimer
- Travel insurance is provided directly by the tour operator (boat company).
- Sunny Elephant Co., Ltd. acts solely as a booking agent and does not issue or manage insurance coverage.
Photo & Media Use (Optional Clause)
- Guests may be photographed during the tour for marketing purposes.
- Please inform us in advance if you do not wish to appear in media.
General Terms

Responsibility Disclaimer:
All operational decisions regarding weather, cancellations, itinerary changes, and service delivery are made solely by the tour operator. Sunny Elephant Co., Ltd. acts only as a booking agent and does not control tour execution.
Acceptance of Terms:
By confirming your booking or using this voucher, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions listed here.
Proof of Agreement:
In the event of a complaint or dispute, this voucher serves as official documentation of the agreed service conditions.
