These terms apply to all private transfer services booked through our website or via WhatsApp. Please read carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings require full payment in advance to confirm.
  • Once payment is received, your vehicle will be reserved, and we’ll send your driver details.
  • We recommend booking at least 3 days in advance, especially during weekends or holidays.

2. Pickup & Drop-Off

  • Pickup is available from all major areas in Phuket, Krabi, and Donsak – including hotels, private villas, and airports. Whether you’re arriving at Phuket Airport, Krabi Airport, or staying near Donsak Pier, our driver can meet you at your location.
  • Drop-off available in Phuket, Krabi, Surat Thani (including Donsak Pier), and other listed destinations.

    Hotel Pickups
    – The driver will wait up to 15 minutes from the confirmed pickup time.
    – If you’re running late, please contact us via WhatsApp as early as possible.

    Airport Pickups
    – We monitor your flight status and will wait up to 2 hours after landing.
    – If you experience delays at immigration or baggage claim, just message us — our team is available to assist you.

3. Flight Changes

  • Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if your flight schedule changes.
  • If not informed in time, the driver may be unavailable and your booking may be considered a late cancellation (non-refundable).

4. Child Seats

  • Child seats are available upon request for 300 THB per seat.
  • Seats are limited — please let us know in advance if you need one.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Free cancellation is available if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

No refund will be provided for:
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup
• No-shows at the pickup location
• Late-notified flight changes that prevent proper rescheduling

No-show Conditions:

  • Airport Pickup: If we cannot contact you within 2 hours after landing, and there’s no update from your side, the booking will be marked as a no-show.
  • Hotel/Villa Pickup: If the driver waits more than 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time without communication, it may be considered a no-show.

6. Amendments

  • Changes to pickup time or location must be requested at least 48 hours in advance, and are subject to availability.

7. Support

  • We offer 24/7 WhatsApp support until you arrive safely at your destination.
  • If you can’t find our welcome staff at the airport, contact us immediately.
  • We have team members stationed at both Domestic and International terminals to assist you.

8. Important Notes

  • All rides are 100% private — no shared vehicles.
  • No detours or tourist stops — direct hotel/airport transfers only.
  • Prices are all-inclusive — fuel, tolls, and parking fees are already included.
