Central Phuket is divided into two main zones:
- Festival Wing – the more casual side, with a lively mall atmosphere
- Floresta Wing – sleek, upscale, and packed with high-end brands
These two zones are connected on Level 2, so you can walk between them indoors with ease.
Festival Wing
This side is great for foodies, movie-goers, and casual shoppers.
You’ll find popular spots like Pizza Company, Sizzler, Chinese restaurants, Seven Sins ice cream, the main food court, and fashion retailers like Uniqlo.
The prayer room is located on Level 4, near the red currency exchange booth.
There are clear signs, or you can simply ask a staff member they’re happy to help.
Floresta Wing
You could call this the “luxury wing,” home to big names like Gucci, YSL, and more premium stores.
The dining options here are a bit more high-end too — prices are higher, but the ambiance is worth it.
The prayer room is on Level 2, close to both the escalator and elevator.
It’s easy to reach, well-signed, and more spacious than the one in Festival Wing.

No restroom inside the room, but there’s one nearby
Prayer mats and telekung (prayer garments for women) are available for use feel free to borrow them from the locker
